I remember he talked about it once because they were handling a call from a would-be mortician. Drew mentioned it when he was saying how he writes "heart attack" as cause of death because otherwise, the coroner would have to do an autopsy. As far as Drew crying on the air, it sounds like I am mistaken about that part. I am pretty sure he did talk about how he cried earlier. And like I said before, I don’t really have a problem with that. My issue was when he got frantic.
