Monday, September 1, 2003 at 12:46 PM I am a 51 years old woman with a story of mild depression for which I am taking Effexor 150mg twice a day and was operated on hysterectomy in 1994 and during the last 6 months I am experimenting a low desire for sex, which is very strange since my husband and I have sex regularly (if not every day at least four days a week). I love to make love and it worries me that I won't be able to please myself with an orgasm and my husband.

Sunday, October 5, 2003 at 12:54 PM Your last two shows have been very interesting to me. My husband loves oral sex but we just started that a few months ago because when we first met, I told him a guy forced me and I hated it. Well, I'm trying my best to like it and I do until he wants to come in my mouth. I almost throw-up. I have never been comfortable with my body, wasn't brought up with a heathly attitude and have always been overweight(thighs and legs) and so I am to shy to have him go down on me and I don't trust him when he says he likes to. He wants sex 2 or 3 times a week and I dread it!!! Any suggestions? I'm already in therapy and have been most of my life because I was sexually abused as a child and been messed up and I tell him he needs to go and talk about this sex stuff but he's okay. I have all the problems. I love your show and thanks for talking about issue no one wants to bring out of the closet. ( I spent alot of time in there too) —Mona |
