Thursday, March 6, 2003 at 8:12 PM The MTV show introduced me to Loveline yet I hadn't thought about it for a while until the below DVD post, but does anyone have any favorite moments they remember from it? I remember the first time I saw Adam get REALLY pissed on there. It was at a stupid caller who kept interupting and trying to shoot down everything Drew said and Adam just cut loose and reamed the guy about calling for help and then not listening to Drew, the guy who was trying to help him. I remember Seth Green's shocked expression when a lady from the audience showed the group (cast of buffy?) a picture of the black porn star she was supposedly datings penis. The most memorable was a woman behind the curtain who's fiance/husband (?) had died a year before and she had become obssessed with David Duchovny because she said he looked and reminded her so much of him. She sort of seemed together, and said she had grieved and everything but just didn't understand the Duchovny thing. Drew didn't buy it, said, "You are still hurting so much I can just feel it..." and actually got up and went behind the curtain, to Adam's surprise "What are you doing Drew?" Drew got back there and the girl said "Oh my god you look just like him too" and she just lost it completely. Drew just went up and started hugging her and comforting her as she was bursting into tears. It was pretty wild. Not to be forgotten, you couldn't make out everything Drew was saying to her to console her so Adam yelled out, "Drew what are your doing? Turn your mike up, this is televison gold!" or something to that effect. Funny and moving all at the same time.
