Re: www.basicvisual.com

This is my method of recording radio on schedule, with my lazy ass doing nothing.

1.) Plug in a radio (I use portable tape player that has FM radio) into ur pc through line-in.
2.) Go to www.audiograbber.com-us.net and download the free version of Audiograbber. The free version puts limits on CD ripping, won't bother your recording. Run a google search for the latest version of lame, which'll give you nice mp3s, and unzip that into the Audiograbber directory.
3.) Start Audiograbber and go to the MP3 Button. Set the internal encoder to Lame, and set the settings. Press OK
4.) Go to File>Line In Sampling..., For recording mode, click Time Scheduled, and fill it out. Now minimize that baby to background, and leave PC running overnight.

Notes: Make sure you have Line-In recording set in the Windows sound settings, or else you'll get a lot of silence preserved in MP3. Also, make sure you use the Settings Button in main window to set your target folder. For the first couple of times I used it, I couldn't find my damn songs.

I know this is long, but it's my recommendation
